We used Katz Renovations to finish our basement. Grayson was great to work with, he had great sub-contractors who put together a finished product that we are thrilled with. The estimate for the project remained fair compared to the original quote, we did not have any surprise charges at the end. There were some delays on our side and on the contractor side which pushed the timeline much later than anticipated but was partly expected with a large project. Overall, we would recommend Katz Renovation to anyone looking and would definitely use Katz again for a future project.

I recently booked a bathroom renovation in this company and the results are excellent. The team handled tiles, shower installation, and vanity setup very professionally. Plumbing work was clean and efficient. They stayed on budget and completed everything within the promised project timeline.

Katz Renovations did an excellent job in repairing the grout and tile work for my shower. Grayson was responsive and timely, and did not over-quote. He suggested a reasonable repair that would save me money compared to a larger bathroom renovation and the work was done quickly and well. I would most definitely use Katz Renovations again!

If you are looking for a great contractor you can stop your search now. Katz Renovations turned our outdated 1970’s bathroom into the beautiful modern bathroom of our dreams.
They were professional and their work was excellent. We will be using them again for upcoming projects.

We had some plumbing issues that snowballed into a full blown bathroom renovation. While we always knew we would update our master bathroom (it was very dated) I hadn’t done a ton of research because we thought we still had some time. I came on Nextdoor looking for contractor recommendations and Grayson replied to my post. From the moment I met him I knew he was the man for the job. Grayson is professional, talented, hard-working and fair. His communication skills are above and beyond. His subcontractors are all top notch, I was especially impressed with the duo that laid the tile in our bathroom, it ended up being a very time consuming and tricky installation and turned out beautifully. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust, look no further. I cannot recommend Grayson at Katz Renovations enough – I’m so grateful we found him. My parents were so impressed by his work that they’ll be using him for their own bathroom renovation soon too!

Katz Renovations did a renovation in our master bathroom, which hasn’t escaped the 90’s! Grayson worked very hard to stay on budget, and he did. He was in constant touch every step of the way, keeping us in the loop. His primary goal was to make sure we were happy with the finished product. We love it! It’s now my favorite room in our house.

SUPER reluctant to share exactly how pleased I was with Katz Renovations b/c I know how tough it is to find great contractors. When word gets out I worry he’ll be too busy to take my jobs! So maybe I’ll skip the part about how well Grayson communicates – how he shows up on time (or texts when he’s running behind). I won’t mention getting the project done quickly and with great quality. I will skip the part about how he’s trustworthy and even puts up with my dog following him around. You all can figure that out for yourselves!

Grayson and his team were such a joy to work with. They were very responsive, respectful of our space, kept in great communication, and delivered the project on time. They did a full bathroom remodel for one of our bedrooms and will begin on the master bathroom next week. Highly recommend!
