Katz Renovations is a locally owned design-build renovation company based in East Cobb, GA, proudly serving Atlanta and the surrounding areas — from Roswell and Alpharetta to Marietta, Milton, Sandy Springs, and beyond. While our company was founded in 2020, our experience runs deep. Founder Grayson Katz brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, shaped by a lifetime around the trades. Grayson began working side-by-side with his father, a contractor of 45+ years, straight out of high school — learning the importance of craftsmanship, work ethic, and client care.

Before launching Katz Renovations, Grayson managed his family’s rental portfolio, where he handled everything from full-property renovations to leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. That foundation instilled in him a true understanding of what homeowners value most: reliability, honesty, and quality work that lasts.

Today, Katz Renovations specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishes, home additions, and full interior transformations. But more than just building beautiful spaces, our mission is to build lasting relationships with our clients. We treat every home as if it were our own — with clear communication, careful planning, clean job sites, and a respectful crew that follows through.
