We had some plumbing issues that snowballed into a full blown bathroom renovation. While we always knew we would update our master bathroom (it was very dated) I hadn't done a ton of research because we thought we still had some time. I came on Nextdoor looking for contractor recommendations and Grayson replied to my post. From the moment I met him I knew he was the man for the job. Grayson is professional, talented, hard-working and fair. His communication skills are above and beyond. His subcontractors are all top notch, I was especially impressed with the duo that laid the tile in our bathroom, it ended up being a very time consuming and tricky installation and turned out beautifully. If you are looking for a contractor you can trust, look no further. I cannot recommend Grayson at Katz Renovations enough - I'm so grateful we found him. My parents were so impressed by his work that they'll be using him for their own bathroom renovation soon too!
Katz Renovations did a renovation in our master bathroom, which hasn’t escaped the 90’s! Grayson worked very hard to stay on budget, and he did. He was in constant touch every step of the way, keeping us in the loop. His primary goal was to make sure we were happy with the finished product. We love it! It’s now my favorite room in our house.
SUPER reluctant to share exactly how pleased I was with Katz Renovations b/c I know how tough it is to find great contractors. When word gets out I worry he'll be too busy to take my jobs! So maybe I'll skip the part about how well Grayson communicates - how he shows up on time (or texts when he's running behind). I won't mention getting the project done quickly and with great quality. I will skip the part about how he's trustworthy and even puts up with my dog following him around. You all can figure that out for yourselves!
Grayson and his team were such a joy to work with. They were very responsive, respectful of our space, kept in great communication, and delivered the project on time. They did a full bathroom remodel for one of our bedrooms and will begin on the master bathroom next week. Highly recommend!
